Don't purchase on a mobile device
Custom ordered 3 covers for our 3rd deck patio - 2@ 11ft wide and 1@ 24ft wide. I placed my order using my mobile phone and paid extra for the weighted chain at the bottom (if you can even call it a "weighted") and upon delivery I found that there were no grommets at the top for me to hang these massive and heavy custom covers. I went back on the website to see where I missed a disclaimer that said they weren't included…nothing. I also tried to find where the OPTION TO ADD grommets was at on the page. Maybe I missed it. NOPE. The website view on my mobile decide did NOT have the option to add grommets to it, therefore I based my assumption off the photos showing grommets and the fact that there was no option for me to add them… I reached out to customer service via chat and sent photo screenshots and a video recording of the website options I saw on my end when customizing, showing the option to add grommets was missing. I was told to "view the page in desktop mode instead" like that was something I knew I had to do in order to ensure I had all the customization options to pick from. What? That's the response? That's the customer service? It's my fault I didn't have all the options visible to me because of how I was accessing the webpage? Basically there wasn't anything they could do to help me since it was a custom order. They literally offered NOTHING. So buyer beware… customer service is less then sub par and you should double check how you place your order cause once you do, they won't help you to get it corrected or make it right, even if the fault is not on your end.

So pleased with these gazeebo sides
These were much better than I thought they would be. Really good quality. Quick delivery and completely happy with the sizing. Have nothing negative to say at all.

Great product, even better if you made to fit.
These vinyl curtains help make our screened porch more usable in the colder weather. However, the +/- 2" tolerance is too much and makes for a sloppy fit allowing more air intrusion. I'm sure you can make the product to specific measurements with a much smaller tolerance.

Almost what I wanted
These curtains arrived quickly and are almost exactly what I ordered. I requested the loop sewn in, thinking that it would be at the bottom, with grommets on the top panel, however this is not what I recieved. The loop was for the top panel and no grommets were installed. I wish it was clearer on the order page and now I need to alter them. Other than that, they are well made and the right size.

Great customer service
From ideation to delivery, the customer service was absolutely top-notch. I just installed the product yesterday to cover the ends of a lean-to for the winter. A solution to my measurement mistakes was offered, but I decided not to worry about the gap along the top. Time will tell product quality, but I am completely blown away by the customer service. From the first person, I spoke to to the last, all quickly picked up my information and were clear and helpful on the phone from half a world away. I made several design alterations that necessitated a change to previous specs, and all were taken accurately and a design mock up was sent to me before production. From first call to delivery of custom tarp was five days. Thank you very much. Incredible customer service!

Just what I needed
I have an open small front porch. The wind and snow blows from the north right onto this porch. This panel is perfect for blocking both. I also feed a stray cat on this porch and this protects her from the elements. I highly recommend. Great quality.
