Good quality, fit a little off

Love the color and quality of the custom sun shade I ordered. It exceeded my expectations. The fit is not what I expected. I thought the dimensions I submitted were going to be adjusted for hardware but it is still a bit too big. I'll have to think about the directions given for measuring and if I misunderstood how to get it right. Nothing I can't live with and the color is so great!

Almost perfect

I ordered 3 custom sails and the quality seems to be great! The only issue is one of the sails was missing a sewed in attachment, I had to add a grommet to make it work. Hopefully it lasts...

Was very disappointed

If you ask for straight edges you'll still get curved edges. Cannot even use.

Seems like good quality

Glad I deliberately made the measurements less than I needed otherwise it would have been too big. It came with extra attachments midway which isn't what I wanted or ordered but it worked dout in the end. You need to tell people a rectangular shade sail comes with more than the four corner attachments. The material is quite see through which is surprising. I bought it for additional privacy on my deck. Fail. I thought I was buying Australian made but turns out they are made in India.

I was a bit sceptical when i realised how much the dimensions were reduced to allow for the hardware, however we love how the individual shade sails look in our pergola.

Shade sail to fit the back yard

We needed a custom shade sail to fit our back yard, we have used pre made shade sail but there was always a compromise, I was feed up and gave cover all a go, measure using there template, choose a colour option, we went with lime green which over here in Wa makes your grass look even greener under it! Bonus When I submits the order to cover all, they where on it with in two weeks it has rock up fitted that avo we got it been up for a week looks good fits well very happy. My only gripe was the did not supply the diagram or mark up the conner, so it meant rotating the shade sail to fit, maybe my bad and should have ask Them to mark ABcD Really stoked with our lime green shade sail and we use coverall for more custom project great workmanship

Custom Sun Shade Sail - Rectangle

Hi guys, I was excited to receive my new sun awning yesterday, but very, very, very disappointed when I erected it. It has so much sag in it that it is virtually unusable. It appears whoever measured the material did not allow ANY amount for tension. I have just now finished remassueing the edges of the awning WITH ONLY HAND TENSION and each side is between 90mm and 120mm too long, and then if tension was applied (with a turnbuckle or such) those measurements would be even worse. You guys have made thousands of these awnings and when a customer sends the measurements of his fixing points, you make an allowance for tension. ------------- and to add insult to injury, WHY did you add those extra securing points half way along each edge? I specifically called your team twice and asked if this rectangle awning would maintain its tension along each edge and was assured it would. Nothing was mentioned "on line" or by your team about adding these additional fixing points. The only solution is now to send it back and have it re-cut as it is, (with huge regret) unusable in its current finished size. I will await your reply and expect an addressed, prepaid courier voucher so I can get it back to your manufacturing people ASAP. KInd regards Jeff Norton
