Shame it was manufactured properly!

Whilst the product materials were of a good quality, it was rather unfortunate that the material wasn't actually cut straight. In addition, the material wasn't fitted into the roller centrally, it was tight against one end. The net result was that, when rolled up and down a few times, it started snagging on one end. Resorted to using a bit of tape on the inside of the roller to stop this happening. All in all, I don't think that the quality of assembly did anything for the materials used. It's unlikely that I'll order anything else form this company.

Premium Outdoor Roller Shade

Product is excellent but when you spend £1400 you expect some fitting instructions. Despite on line chats, Facebook messages, emails and a phone call nothing.

Humm, as a package some issues - Not so Premium as an experince

All started OK, delivery just fine, however, there were no instructions to aid the fitting of the blind and guides which cause a bit of an issue as the guides dont appear to be compatable with the winding ring and hooked winding bar. I ended up having to cut the guide short on one side to provide access to the winding ring. The mount at the non winding end clips into a small round socket, this doesnt apear to be that solid, its easy to push out. So concern if the wind get up a little could shake free. I did contact through the Chat interface to see if I could get some guidence/instructions, all I was offered was a generic youtube vid and the pic's from the web site, not a lot of help. Its up and works, so we see how it fairs
